Definite 5 star service. Brendan was incredibly professional and very patient in working through the issues I had with my social media being hacked. Upon hiring Brendon, I was impressed by his ability to smoothly transfer all my documents, contacts, music, and videos to a new iMac I purchased in June 2024. His assistance didn't stop there - he also efficiently migrated my wife's data to my old iMac, cleared unnecessary files to optimise storage on both my new and old iMacs, and resolved problems I had encountered for some time with my printer. His comprehensive service was a game-changer, transforming our digital life into a more organised and hassle-free experience and giving us a sense of relief and peace of mind.

Brendon's approach was a perfect blend of professionalism and personability. He exuded confidence and efficiency in his work, yet his courteous mannerisms and good disposition made the experience pleasant. His strong skills were evident in how he performed his job with proficiency and speed. As a layperson in computer knowledge, he treated my wife and me with utmost respect and understanding, explaining the processes in a way that made us feel informed and included to enhance our technical knowledge. This was a refreshing change from other computer service providers I had engaged over the years. Brendon was also very punctual and responsive, and he even provided additional assistance after completing the job when I had issues needing help to understand.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Brendon provided me with. He is not only a polite and pleasant bloke, but in addition, he communicates well and promotes an understanding of that which to most of us is "gobbeldygook". I will recommend him and his services to anyone who is in need of "professional" who does not charge "an arm and a leg" and provides "good old fashioned service". Brendan resurrected my laptop and all its information I was just about to lose! He was able to assist me quickly and has a kind and friendly mannerism with IT challenged customers. My business relies on having my laptop available all the time, so was super grateful for his quick and efficient service. I also found his rates were very fair for the great service he provides!
