Perth Geeks charged $120.00 per hour. This fee includes call out and first hour. Thereafter, $60.00 per 30 minutes. Most problems are solved in an hour or less. If available, we can sometimes offer same day service. Call us to check on  availability.

Yes! We provide services for both home and business users.

We accept cash, card or bank transfer. An invoice is always provided for services rendered.

Sometimes it is necessary to take an time off site for repairs. This could be because of time restraints, or additional software or equipment is required.
Before any item is taken off site your technician will inform you of what's required, why it's necessary to take the item off site and give you an approximate price for the cost of the repair.

If you accept this and with your permission, the technician will then take the device off site for repair.

If the technician can't diagnose or repair the problem, then the services is free. 

If the technician identifies the problem and you choose not to go ahead with the repair, then the service will be chargeable.
